We would like to thank those of you who already give us a hand by volunteering! Your dedication is of great value to Girls in the Game. Volunteers are crucial to the success of our programs. Every effort is greatly appreciated and, more importantly, it makes a huge difference in the lives of the girls and young women that we serve.

We welcome groups of volunteers! Volunteering with co-workers or friends is a great way to give back to the community while making a difference in the life of a girl. We can help to place your group into one of our scheduled programs or organize a group of girls to attend an event you would like to host.

If you are interesting in volunteering as an individual, please see the following Volunteer Application Process.

1. Request a volunteer packet and application by calling 312.633.GAME(4263) or via email at:Volunteers@girlsinthegame.org. You can also pick up materials at our offices.
   
2. Complete the Volunteer Application and return it to: Girls in the Game, Union Park Fieldhouse, 1501 West Randolph Street, Chicago, Illinois 60607.
   
3. Schedule an interview.
   Once your application is received, a staff member will contact you to arrange a personal interview to discuss volunteer opportunities. When this interview is complete, your application will be forwarded to the staff member(s) in the area(s) in which you are interested. This will allow you to find out more about each area.
   
4. Choose a Placement.
   When you have decided that GIG is the place you want to dedicate time as a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to choose the area where you wish to contribute.
   
5. Have fun volunteering with Girls in the Game!
